Getting married? Stop, decide and act. The time has come to choose the place for your wedding. Venue selection is the starting point for planning your event.
Your decision will be accurate, if:
-
you determine the budget
-
the type of wedding you prefer
-
indoors or outdoors
-
in which environment (natural setting)
-
how many guests
Now you are ready to hire a wedding coordinator and decide if it will be in a restaurant, function room, hotel, farm, beach, garden, amusement park, among others. Together with your coordinator, make appointments and visit the places. It is important to investigate the different options, ask if they have a cistern, an electric generator, which include the rent, time of use, overtime and if they allow you to bring the decoration, the drinks and the cake.
Beware of all-inclusive places and offers. Most of the time, if you want to modify the original offer, it has an additional cost. You are also limited in selecting what you prefer.
Only the place (venue) you choose will be reserved if you sign a contract and give a deposit to separate the date. There are high seasons in which the cost of the site can be more expensive. Be safe, hire a wedding and events coordinator to make the process easier.
